ALL LIFE IS YOGA
I started practicing Yoga in 2001 and I feel very lucky to have had great mentors on my journey, they are all cumulatively very powerful. Every time I teach I bring innumerable hours on the mat and substantial investments in my own research studies together with my life experience. I am on a mission to increase awareness on the impact that Yoga can have on reducing stress, and aiding in healing/preventing hypertension, stress, diabetes, insomnia, chronic pain and PTSD. Post pandemic, It became very clear that restoring relationship and community is central to restoring wellbeing. I insist that a consistent and methodical in person group practice is fundamental, foundational and beneficial to a healthy and balanced nervous system.
The experience I am sharing is that Yoga supports healing and transformation but also life’s unexpected happenings.
I honor the tradition of the revolutionary methods for self advancement I have learned from my teachers and I hope to be of help to others!
Come to class.
